What a Bubo alert looks like

Simulated

What Bubo identified

In the last 6 hours, Pedro exchanged messages with two friends expressing feelings of worthlessness and isolation. Phrases like "I can't take it anymore" appeared in three different conversations.

The AI identified a consistent pattern of emotional distress, with a direct mention of self-harm in one of the exchanges.

None of the messages were sent to adults. Friends responded trying to minimize, but without directing him to help.

This happens all the time. The difference is that, without Bubo, no parent would know.

An owl that never sleeps. That only speaks when needed.

Bubo uses artificial intelligence to monitor your child's WhatsApp conversations. When it detects something concerning, it tells you. When everything is fine, it stays quiet.

AI specialized in teens

Understands youth language, slang, and the context of each conversation — not just isolated words.

Alerts directly on your WhatsApp

The notification reaches you where you already are. No need to open any app.

Silent when everything is fine

If there's nothing concerning, Bubo sends nothing. Silence is good news.

Frequently asked questions

Will my child know they're being monitored?+

Bubo works like any other device connected to WhatsApp — like another phone or computer accessing the account. Your teen can see an active session in their device list, but receives no automatic notification.

Do I need to install anything on my child's phone?+

No. You only need to scan a QR code once from their phone. After that, everything works through the Bubo dashboard — no app installed.

Does Bubo read all messages and forward them to me?+

No. The AI analyzes conversations for risk patterns, but doesn't forward message content to you. What you receive is a summary and guidance on how to act.

How often does Bubo analyze conversations?+

Every 3 hours, Bubo does a complete analysis of recent messages. Additionally, there's real-time detection for critical keywords — in those cases the alert arrives immediately.

What if my child doesn't want to be monitored?+

That's a real concern. Many parents who use Bubo choose to tell their child the tool exists. Surprisingly, most teens accept it better than parents expected — especially when the conversation comes from a place of care.

Bubo is not a spy. It doesn't send you what your child wrote, doesn't show conversations. It only alerts you when it detects that your child may need you.

What if my child disconnects the device?+

You get an immediate notification on your WhatsApp. To reconnect, simply scan a new QR code.
